We are a full service screen printing company. We offer complete
support, from initial design concept to superior quality multi-color
prints on a broad range of substrates.
We regularly produce multi-color Glass, mirror, and back lighted award displays,
and Game Headers. These parts are produced as spot color, half-tone, or four color
process prints. The multi-color prints average eight colors, but range to as many as twenty.
We match to PMS color standards as required, and use conventional laquer, enamel, vinyl,
epoxy, and ultraviolet curing inks. We also produce printed parts using pressure-sensitive
vinyl and polyesters for Decals used as side graphics, decals for cars and trucks, and
static cling vinyl for changeable displays.
Lexan and other brands of polycarbonate plastics ranging from .005" to .188" are
printed multi-color and back-laminated with .002" clear or white mylar as a protective
barrier. The thinner gauges, .005" to .015" are often back-laminated with permanent
acrylic adhesives and a release liner, and are then diecut to a tolerance of plus or
minus .015" to become Control Panel Overlays. These materials can be provided in
non-scratch or textured surfaces that will withstand constant finger contact
without scartching.
We produce printed parts on acrylics (plexiglass) which become Monitor Viewing Displays
Of course, clarity is a critical issue here, and our acrylics are produced to the highest
standards, providing a perfectly transparent viewing surface. This material is also
highly resistant to impact. Acrylic is also produced as face plates and instruction
panels for Bill Validators and Money Changers, which require routed slots and
holes, to a final tolerance of plus or minus .030".
The outside vendors we use are selected for their adherence to the highest quality standards.
We regularly interface with equipment-manufacturing production lines on a
just-in-time production schedule. This means that if our parts don't arrive on the day
scheduled, or don't fit, the production line stops, ship dates are missed, and money is lost.
Our commitment to the customer is to assure deliveries are on time and the finished
parts are produced to the customer's requirements.
Our art department can create eye-catching graphics for your project. Our talented
designers are skilled at creating award winning, vivid, and colorful illustrations to
help you get the edge over your competitors. They will work closly with you to
produce to image you want.
Our press operators are dedicated professionals, bringing with them over 50 years of
combined award winning printing excellence, making them among the best in the industry.
Our printing is done on semi-automatic presses ranging in size from
30"x 58" to 40"x 56".
In our finishing department we laminate clear and adhesives through a 27" cold roll
laminator.Quality checks are done either reflective or backlighted. Only parts that meet
the customer's quality standards are passed on to shipping, where they are counted
and wrapped. We use foam interleaves in between pieces and bubble wrap for
glass and plastic parts, and then the packages are flow-packed using the Sealed Air
Instapak 901 system. The weight may require palletizing and banding,
which is also done in-house.
We regularly ship via common carrier, UPS, or Airborne Express. We are located close to
the Reno-Tahoe International airport and can ship "same-day" to many points in the
United States. International shipments are made regularly, along with drop-shipping to
store or casino locations.
